The Travis TS‑1 is a newly released CNC lathe featuring a slant-bed structure for high rigidity and compact productivity. It includes a Fanuc 0i‑TF Plus 10” control, linear guideways, a hydraulic turret with 8 positions + 4 rack-style holders, a 6" hydraulic chuck, and a Renishaw Automatic Tool Setter.
The Renishaw tool setter enables fast and accurate measurement of tool lengths and diameters, reducing manual setup time and improving repeatability across batches.
With integrated lubrication and cooling systems, the TS‑1 is optimized for short-part series production. Its design offers a truly cost-benefit efficient solution for machine shops focused on maximizing throughput and precision.
